The Leadership Center for Youth (TLC) offers a unique, multifaceted program that helps young people develop the skills and resilience they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives. Through TLC, youth in our community are introduced to career pathways, leadership roles, and volunteer opportunities that equip them for a brighter future.
TLC is comprised of four components that are stand-alone, but also work in synergy to create a comprehensive “leadership toolbox.” The program’s emphasis for a hands-on experience allows students to learn, grow and become active participants in their communities.
