Human Services Response Institute, a program of Family & Youth, was originated to address the consequences of any major disaster or emergency faced by a community. Human Services Response Institute (HSRI) team now designs, manages and implements responsive professional community services to meet new and emerging needs. Programs and services may include intensive case management services; strategic plan development; partnership development and management; policy and practice management; rapid program design and response; crisis management services and more. HSRI team believes and promotes collaboration and partnerships to solve complex community issues and challenges as well as building on community strength and existing infrastructure.
